We started kitchen activities including cooking formats which offer the great opportunity to experience kitchen in a very original way, making every kind of preparations with team colleagues: from Pasta Cooking to Cake Design to Choco Making.

Speaking of chocolate, we have selected for you some chocolate design recipes from all over the world to help you making pralines on your own.

Belgian Truffle:

Belgian truffle is obviously a classic in Belgium.

Ingredients

  • 367 gr Butter
  • 60 gr Inverted sugar
  • 516 gr Dark chocolate 60%
  • 57gr Remy Martin 58% (liqueur)

Method:belgian-truffle In a blender with paddle attachment mix the butter and the inverted sugar together.
Add the melted dark chocolate at 35°C.
Finish by adding the liqueur.
Dress in the Star truffle mould.
