The Apprentice does team building!

Team building featured in The Apprentice Italy

During the last episode of the TV format aired on Sky Uno, the “boss” Flavio Briatore assigned to competitors the task of organizing a team building event.

Participants, divided into two groups, Scacco Matto and Concrea, battled to organize a team building event for 150 employees, between employees and top managers, for a worldwide famous energy company with headquarters in Milan. The events organized by the two teams had in common as the creative aspect: a team made a painting team building while the other opted for the theater, with a show of sketches made by the participants themselves.

The day for the 150 employees participating in this event started early: in the morning they were assembled at the venue, the former Frigoriferi Milanesi and after a welcome speech by one of the organizers, were called to draw on the sheets posted on the walls whatever they think best represented the values and philosophy of the company for which they work. Many of them showed great creative talent and great skill with draws, while others focused on the words that would reflect better the company.
