The 3 “C”: creativity, cooperation and construction of relations (and of Lego forms!) are probably the more appropriate words for describing our Lego Team Building.

Build you team brick after brick!

Although it seems to be another idea a bit quirky, it turns out that Lego is more than just bricks. It is a way of communication that helps people to express themselves. Lego Team Building can be an idea for a “stand alone” Team Building format or an additional component to another format of Team Building. Divided into groups, the participants will be submerged by hundreds of bricks. Of course, the challenge will be well chosen according to the company objectives. Participants must use LEGO bricks and share some representations while working in group. The purpose of our meeting is to create relationships between team members and pay attention to the importance of communication and collaboration in our daily professional life.
